The HET Project is implemented across Vadodara, Desar, Savli, Karjan, and Dabhoi, reaching adolescent girls through schools and community outreach.
It focuses on improving menstrual health management, hygiene awareness, nutrition knowledge, and emotional well-being among adolescent girls.
Key activities include sanitary napkin distribution, interactive health awareness sessions, parent sensitization programs, and medical–counselling camps with health professionals.
The project also encourages open dialogue around menstrual health and supports positive health practices within families and communities.
So far, the initiative has benefited 3000+ adolescent girls, enhancing health literacy, confidence, and overall well-being.
